5. Delivery Terms

-We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@yumescooter.com

-When YUME Scooters dispatches Products to you, the risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the Products.However, the risk shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by you to carry the Products and that choice was not offered by YUME Scooters, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.

-If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


FAQs: 

Can my scooter get delivered on the weekend?

As much as we would like that, no delivery companies work on weekends. 

Will my signature be required upon delivery?

Absolutely. Your scooter is way too valuable to be left at the doorstep unattended. If you would like to change that (if you have concierge), you can contact the carrier directly once you receive the tracking number from us, and make the necessary arrangements. Most of them will agree to leave the package at your own risk.

 

 

We always strive to provide the very best reliable shipping service and hope our products arrive at their destinations on time. However, the delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays, bad weather, airline strikes etc. Nevertheless, our shipping service will always keep you updated on the shipping status of your order.
